1. Who we are

Findependence is a personal-finance helper built for Indian investors. It helps you understand your portfolio health, savings rate and FIRE number using your own inputs.

2. What information we collect

We collect and store:

• Your Google account email address
• Financial inputs you choose to provide in the app (for example: salary, EMIs, SIP amounts, corpus, insurance cover, goals, etc.)

We do not ask for or access your bank logins, broker logins or OTPs.

3. How we use your information

• To save your entries so you can come back to your FIRE journey
• To calculate your PFI, FIRE number and related metrics
• To suggest SIP amounts and targets based on assumptions that align with commonly used SEBI-aligned disclosure practices

4. How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a managed Postgres service). Access is restricted to your account and to the minimal backend services needed for the app to function.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with infrastructure providers that are required to run the app (for example: hosting, database and authentication providers).

6. Your choices

• You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@pocketprojects.in.
• You can sign out and clear data from your browser at any time.

7. Important disclaimers

• The app is for education and planning support only. It is not registered as an investment adviser and does not provide personalised investment advice.
• Any references to SEBI rules, guidelines or “SEBI-compliant” behaviour are for good-practice alignment only. You should always verify current regulations and consult a qualified advisor before taking investment decisions.

8. Terms of use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers you enter in the app.
• Outputs such as PFI, FIRE number, SIP suggestions and projections are estimates based on assumptions; they are not guarantees of future returns.
• By using the app, you agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer or attempt to break the service.
